Bio: I live on Hayling Island and am married to Colin. I have three fabulous children and four gorgeous grandchildren. I enjoy sailing and still love to swim and do the occasional triathlon and open water event.

Fun fact about you: I lived in Hong Kong until I was 4 years old and learnt to eat with chopsticks before I could eat with a knife and fork.

What would your superpower be and why? Healing… I was a nurse for many years and always wanted people to get better.

As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up? An Air hostess (did it for a year but didn’t like flying!)

What age did you learn to swim? 2 years old

If you could be invisible for the day, where would you go? Buckingham Palace
